The distance from the factory to the highway is only 500 meters. And is two hours far away from the city of steel – Tangshan. We manufactured by ourselves the “High strength steel strapping production line” which is energy saving and environment friendly. Complete with Siemens PLC System, the production line is simple to operate and can ensure the good quality of the products. Our 21 sets of Steel Strapping Crimping Machine adopt with the best servo-motor control system in the world, can produce various specifications of ribbon/oscillated coil with the weight range of 10kg to 500kg. The original 3 in 1 crimping head can coil the strapping with the inner diameter of Φ200mm, Φ300mm and Φ406mm to suit for the different machines from China and Western. Our creatively development of Blued Film Generator solved the high strength steel strapping’s weakness of “low tenacity” and effectively increased the adhesion of the blued and painted film, and further improved the products applicability and resistance to corrosion.
