Application scope:
The transfer technology of sublimation ink issuitable for transfer the printing to coating cloth and hard surface substrate.The suitable cloths for polyester and polyester-cotton blended fabric. The hardsubstrate with high temperature resistant material such as film, metal, glass, ceramic,tile, porcelain, PVC and other materials. As long as the transfer substrate canstand for high temperature resistant with transfer coating, it can be donethrough special heat transfer machine.
Application theory:
The sublimation ink also name as thermaltransfer ink. It is a kind of disperse dye ink and belong to the water-basedink. The Sublimation ink able to print on color papers, special head transferpapers or on normal papers. The color is not bright at first print on paper butit is not the final color. Need to apply the high temperature heating fortransfer the color to the material surface to obtain the color like original,bright image colors, level is rich gradation and its effect is equivalent to printingperformance. The difference is sublimation ink need the high temperatureheating for transfer the ink. The sublimation inks able apply for high densitymaterials such as cups, plates, mouse pad and cotton material. The light fastnessis very strong and color will not fade for a long time kept.
