Technological conditions:
Drying process: PMMA is hygroscopic and therefore dried before processing is necessary.
Recommended drying conditions of PMMA:
For 90 ℃, 2 ~ 4 hours.
Melting temperature: 240 ~ 270 ℃. Mold temperature: 35 ~ 70 ℃.
Injection speed: Medium speed.
