How it works
The device emits ultrasonic waves that change continuosly frequences, they cause a disturbance to the auditory nerve of mice and rats that are thus forced to leave the environment in which the device is in operation. The variability of the frequencies produced prevents rodents from getting used to ultrasound emitted by the device.
The function of the device is solely to induce rodents away from the protected area. It can be used in any home environment because it does not use chemical or poisons.
The device is powered by 3 C batteries(LR14) not included in the packages and it is perfect for any indoorenvironment where you do not have the electric power. It also can be powered by a USB cable or a 5V 500mA adaptor.
It is ideal for basements, offices, houses, attics, warehouses, shelters for cars and agricultural vehicles, campers, tents etc..
Ultrasounds emitted have a considerable power but it can not be heard by people, dogs, cats. The device does not interfere with televisions, radio, alarms,pacemakers and other similar device. The device is effective over an area of about 300 square meters.
The effect can be appreciated after few days since it was installed. For environments composed of multiple rooms or confined areas we recommend the use of multiple devices as a mice or rat could find temporary a place in an environment free of the device. Place the device on the opposite side in spite the escape way ( door, windows etc); leave always an escape way to mice and rats.
Leave the ultrasonce repeller working 24 hours on 24 for the best results, choosing the best interval of emission depending your needs. Battery consumption is variable because of the stting you choose, actingon the rear selector.

Instructions
Before all find the proper position where to place the device in the indoor environment.
Be carefull the ultrasonic emission does not find any or few sound-absorbing materials ( funiture, walls etc) beacuse they stop the ultrasonic waves.
Remove the battery cover by loosening the locking screw. Insert the batteries in the rear, with the correct polarity, and replace the battery cover back.
Since ultrasonic are not audible to the human ear, to verify the correct functioning of the device use the test button,, pushing it, you will hear the ultasonic sound emitted by the device.
Turn on the device seleting the switch”Night- 24 H- Off” abd choose the following actions:
“Night”- acts only at night, thanks to the automatic light sensor
“24 H”- always active
“Off”-Off
Dimmer frequencies: adjust the regulator to vary the range of frequencies emitted and thus prevent that the mice or rats become accustomed to a particular issue.
Select the switch”1-2-3” to adjust the time range of the ultasonic pulse emission.
Position 1 - the device emits an ultrasonic pulse of 20 seconds duration separated by 50 seconds of rest
Position 2 - the device emits an ultrasonic pulse of 20 seconds duration separated by 2 minutes of rest
Position 3 - the device emits an ultrasonic pulse of 20 seconds duration separated by 5 minutes of rest
Batteries life varies with the setting of the ultrasound. Adjust the dial 1-2-3 to the desired position on account of the infestation; it is suggested to ad just the position 1 when there is an infestation, on postion2 when the infestation was reduced and postion 3 to limit any subsequent infestations
