Conductive nylon 66 raw material, 30% Carber Fiber reinforced PA66 Nylon price per kg
Properties:
(1) High permittivity, filled with Carbon fiber;
(2) Technology process: Injection molding;
(3) Surface resistivity: <103Ω ;
(4) Mechanical properties: high impact resistance, good toughness, and not easily deformed;
(5) Security and reliability: low halogen flame retardant, can provide SGS test report (ROSH, Reach).
Applications:
High-frequency phase shifter formation PBX communications equipment accessories .
Customized:
Fire retardant: UL94 / UL8750 V0-5VA with the thickness is 0.5-3.2mm, our default thickness is 1.0mm.
Ultraviolet light resistant: F1 and F2,
Glow wire ignitability: 750 ℃ - 960 ℃
High temperature resistant: can be 180 degree.
Color: Pure white and Milk white in Default.
Others: According to customer's request.
