Ball pressure test polycarbonate raw material, Glow wire test V0 plastic pc resin
Properties:
(1) flammability rating: UL94 V0 (thickness 1.0 mm);
(2) insulation performance: can withstand 1250 to 7000V AC 1min test;
(3) High temperature resistant 130 °C, through 125 °C ball pressure test, and the indentation is not greater than 2 mm;
(4) Appearance: shading (opaque) white porcelain;
(5) mechanical properties: high impact resistance, good toughness, and not easily deformed;
(6) security and reliability: low halogen or halogen-free flame retardant, can provide SGS test report (ROSH, Reach);
(7) Glow wire ignitability 825+25 ℃ (GWIT:850℃)
Applications:
Regulators cover, UPS casing, surge protectors shell, capacitor housing.
Customized order:
Fire retardant: UL94 V0-5VA with the wall thickness is 1.0-3.2mm, our default thickness is 1.0mm.
Ultraviolet light resistant: F1 and F2,
Glow wire ignitability: 750 ℃ - 960 ℃
High temperature resistant: can be 180 degree.
Color: Pure white and Milk white in Default.
Others: According to customer's request.
