2.Functions and characteristic

A. As a prepaid IC card meter, it can work after recharge the electricity through IC card

B. It opens switch when the elelctricity is zero and reminds user to recharge.

C. It opens switch when the power is over limit.

D. Warning threshold of balance elelctricity.
