Vibrating Feeder

This series of vibrating feeder is mainly used for uniform material feeding for coarse crushing machine, it can continuously and uniformly feeding crushing machine in the gritting processing line, and coarsely screening material. It is the latest type. It feeds materials into primary crusher evenly, meanwhile because of the grit-shaped screen, it can screen away soil contained in the raw material, and increase the capacity of primary crushing. It is suitable to feed materials into primary crusher in hydroelectric field, building materials, mining industry, metallurgy, coal mine, ore dressing, grinding material silicate and chemical industry. This series is various in models, solid in construction, impact-proof and reliable in operation. It can not only assure constant and even feeding, but also can screen the feeding materials, which can make the system more economical and rational. Application:
The chute feeder is suitable for concentrating coal, chemical and other industry departments, the granular and pieces materials are carried into different set from the storage bin, but not suitable for carrying the concentrate power and other power materials.

  The chute bottom plates do the reciprocating movement, the movement frequency is 20-60 times/min and the stroke is 20-200mm. Stroke can be adjusted by the eccentric wheel; the eccentric throw is half of the stroke. According to experience of some mine sites, the eccentric throw should no less than 30mm for cohesive ore. The chute width is 2-2.5 times of maximum feeding granularity. The biggest chute feeder can supply ore with granularity less than 500mm.
