1.What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. But we also accept lower quantity for your first trial order.

2.Can I get samples?

Sure. We usually provide existing samples free of charge. Only a little sample charge will be needed for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

3.How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes about 5-7 days, subject to your designs.

4.How long is the production lead time?

It takes 8-10 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.How to deliver?

We can ship the goods by express such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc. We also can ship them by sea.

6.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

AI or CDR format is preferred, high solution PDF or JPG is also OK.

7.How many colors are available?

We can do as Pantone colors. You only need to tell us the pantone color number you want. We will match the colors.

8.Which kinds of certificate would you have?

ROHS, SGS, MSDS. All the materials are lead, cadmium & nickel free which can meet European & USA standard.
