Question 1: Can I order custom hats with my own design & logo?
Answer: Definitely yes
Question 2: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?
Answer: Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample hats for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample hat, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours.
Question 3: How soon can I get a sample made? How can I make payment?
Answer: For simple design sample, it generally takes about 7 days to get samples made. While it will take a longer time for complicated design, digital print fabric, embossed logo, for example. Payment can be made through T/T or Western Union.
Question 4: How can I get my hats if I place the order to you?
Answer: That depends on the quantity your ordered.

4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt. |
5.Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment,And will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time. |
6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again. |
7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection . |
8. Clients make payment for balance and Freedom Ship the goods .Also can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy Or L/C payment Term. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients. |
9. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them . |
