1. Brife Introduction
Gold panning dredger, as an integral unit for mining and concentration that is constructed in engineering flat boat and floats on water, is usually composed of excavation, ore washing, tailing disposal, water supply, power supply and lateral movement systems etc.
1. Hull:
It is made of two or three pontoons, easy to install or take apart during shipment , including operating cabin, pump cabin and so on .
2. Dredging System:
It includes bucket, chain, underwater big arm, upper and lower tumbler, active power, main reducer, main frame and other components.
3. Mine Selecting Equipment:
It can include trommel screen, gold jigger machine, Fluctuation sluice box, fixed sluice with carpet or centrifugal concentration machine.Engineer will design according to your mining site environment.
4. Tailings System:
It can include conveyor belt, fixed sluice, motor, reducer .It can discharge the tailing to the river.
6. Power System:
It contains diesel engine, electronic generator sets, distribution box.
It is used for providing power for the entire dredger.
