A  Cold Aggregate supply System

1 Every aggregate bin is equipped with feeding belt conveyor,which is responsible for transfeering the aggregate from the aggregate bin into the collecting belt conveyor.

2 The user in the control room can choose to use hopper wall vibrator according to the actual requirements.

3 The Lattice Sieve is integrated in the upper part of every aggregate bin,which is screening the oversized aggregate and can soften the impact of the aggregate to the aggregate bin.

4 The clients can customize different sizes and quantity of aggregate bin according to actual operation requirements.

B Drying System 

1 We supply various dimensions of drying drum to meet customer’s different requirements.

2 Specially designed butterfly elastic connection plate becomes more evenly after thermal expansion of barrel.It solves the thermal cracking problem of elastic plate completely.

3 High efficiency of drying drum

4 Four wheel s friction drive type with characteristics stable transmission,low noise ang longer working life.

5 Coal burner and oil burner is optional for customers.

c Dust Collector System 

1 Increasing the pressure difference on both ends,improving the through capacity of thermal,improve the heating,the effect of drying and efficiency of   heat energy utilization of drying drum;lower emission concentration,which meets the mational environmental requirements.

2 The system is consisted of primary dust collecting system and secondary dust collecting system .Primary collecting system is for larger dust particles,reducing the pressure of secondary collecting system and extending the working life.The larger dust particles can directly be sent into the  hot aggregate elevator.

3 The secondary dust collecting system collects the dust again and lower the dust emission concentration,which effectively improving the    environmental requirements.

4 The bags adopt high efficiency filter materials produced by DuPont.And the wear and tear is low and the working life is long.

D Mixing Tower

Mixing plant assembly is the core support part for the whole mixing equipment,with solid structure,accurated measurement,and stable high production characteristics.

E Bitumen supply system

Bitumen tank is heated by the heat conduction oil,which make sure the temperature of the bitumen.
