DHB20 Drum Asphalt Mixing plant Configuration and Specifications

I. Basal configuration:

1,Cold aggregate supply system

Components: 

One aggregate belt feeders, a set of aggregate belt conveyer;

Specifications: 

Bin cubage: 4m3

The bin width:2.6m ;

Loading height: 2.27m;

Ring belt width:500mm;

Characteristic: 

Inside bin equipped with filtering net, the feeder motor adopts Frequency conversion speed regulation; convenient for transferring.  

2,Titled belt feeding conveyer

Specifications:

Belt width: 400mm

  Motor power: 3 kW

4,Drying drum assembly

Components and specification:

1). Dryer drum(mobile)

Specification:

Drum diameter: 1m

Drum length: 4.5m

Motor power: 5.5kW            

Driving type: chains+ gear

2). Elevator: 

single row of chain; 

Elevator motor power:3 kW

3). Park System:

Motor power of wind drawing fan: 5.5 kW

4). Mixture storage silo:

Cubage: 2 M3, below part equipped with material inducing device; discharging outlet equipped with temperature sensor; the discharging door structure adopts hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump and so on; Motor power: 2.2kW

Mixture discharging height: 2.6 M

Characteristics:

     The drying drum is driven by chains+ gear with reliable capability; convient for transferring; elevator board chain material 40Cr, hanging hopper material is 65Mn.

5,Oil burning system

Components:

A set of main oil burner(light oil), a suit of oil supply pipes; the client equip the asphalt tank by himself.

Specifications:

   Rated oil consumption:130kg/h;

   Drawing fan power:3kw; 

   Oil pump power:1.5kw; 

Oil burner characteristics:

(1)oil burner is equipped with gas ignition device;

(2)oil adjusting method: adjusted by manual; 

6,Asphalt supply system

Components and specifications: 

One asphalt tank, one set of asphalt pump and one set of asphalt pipelines;

Specification: 

     Asphalt tank volume: 10m3;  

Drawing fan motor power: 4kw; 

Characteristic:

     Burning coal or firewood, making use of circle hot wind pipeline to heat the asphalt tank.

7,Electric control system

Components:

   Control room, electric operation platfrom and cables from control room to the plant.

Characteristics:

1),In electric control system, it is equipped with operation platfrom, main electrical parts and China famous ZHENGTAI OR DELIXI product with interlock and two-grade protecting device; manual control device, main motor current display, finishied mxiture temperature display, timing meter for cold aggregate and asphalt is applied on operation platfrom; convenient and easy for operation.

III technical specifications

1.  The technique request about productivity

It can be made clear that the productivity of asphalt mixing plant is that under the standard conditions, it must fulfill the requirements as below simultaneously:

(1) Environment temperature:20℃, standard atmospheric pressure;

 (2) The average humidity of Cold aggregate <5%;

(3) The temperature of the hot mixture <160℃;

(4) The mixture is of middle size, the density of stone material≥ 1600kg/m3

 (6) The product capability includes asphalt; 

(7) The stone aggregate must accord with the proportion requirements of national technical specifications.

(8) The cold aggregate must be clean, and it shouldn’t include more soil and sundries. The cold aggregate supply should be continuous.

(9) The cold aggregate shouldn’t include large quantity of oversize grain; otherwise it will cause jam and reduce the aggregate supply capability.

(10)The asphalt should be with well wrapping capability, during standard mixing circle, the aggregate should be completely wrapped by asphalt; the asphalt temperature should be controlled within the scope of 150℃±5℃. 

2. The requirements for fuel:

A. Light oil: diesel oil,heat calorific power is no small than 46055kJ/kg; 

B. The heavy oil model is determined according to the selected main burner, heat calorific power is no small than 46055kJ/kg The customer needs to purchase heavy oil according the oil quality standard, and require the oil supplier to provide oil quality essay or the correlative certificates. The using fuel must have well burning and pulverization capability. Forbid using kinds of causticity fuel or the products from unqualified oil producing factory. (All the burner damage or failure that caused by diesel or heavy oil quality problem, the correlative damaged spare parts and customer oneself should afford the repair expense.

3. Items of the customer equipped himself

(1) The transformer, and also the cables from operation platform to transformer should be equipped by customers supplier can provide the type and requirement of the cable for reference. Calbes from operation platfrom to the plant will be supplied by Roady. 

(2) The customer should build the foundation according to the load requirements and the foundation drawing provided by the supplier. The customer can increase or deepen the foundation concrete or redesign the plant installation foundation and accessory establishments.

(3) The crane, power supply, electric welding equipment and other necessary instruments, material used for installation; the lube and grease for the equipment, the material used for foundation.

(4) The required material during debugging and producing, sand, stone material, asphalt, fuel oil, heat transmitting oil, dumping car, loader and operator etc. the necessary test and assay.

(5) The power supply system should adopt AC380v, 50Hz and single loop three- phase four-wire type, if there is any special requirement, it should indicate in the contract.

(6) The other required equipment, instrument and work not mentioned in this configuration and specification.

(7) According to the actual situation, the customer should be responsible for the anti-thunder device and earthing equipment himself.

IV. Attention contents

1. Because of the continuous creation and improvement on the technology and manufacturing techniques, our company has rights to change this configuration and specification before the customer choosing model and ordering, and without notifying the customer who had gotten this configuration and specification but haven’t ordered. Please consult our company before ordering. At the premise of guaranteeing the plant’s funciton and capability, some specificaiton or power maybe changed in above specificaiton with the continous improvement of the product, and we will not infrom the clients about this change again. 

2.  The dust collector equipped can only be applied in the area where there is no strictly restriction for the dust collector; we should choose bag dust catcher if higher environmental standard is required.

3. in view of asphalt will be solidified under low temperature, the clients are suggested to clean the asphalt pipes with diesel repeatedly after production to prevent remaining asphalts in them; asphalt pipes could be used only after being heated if there is remained asphalts in them;
