3. Extrusion Workshop
World-class horizontal hydraulic compressing machine (oil-press) and fully automatic high
temperature woolen blanket transporting/feeding system minimising wear to aluminium materials.
4. Heat Soak Workshop
The aluminum bar heat soak furnace, which represents current advanced domestic technology
level, can realize highly precise temperature control of +5C, this greatly improve the crystal grain
distribution status of aluminum bars, increased the degree of fineness of the aluminum material
surface, makes product quality more perfect, and further stabilize physical performance of the
products.
5. Oxidation and Electrophoresis Workshop & Powder Coating Workshop
The wide and bright workshops and large numbers of hoisting machines are perfected with
skilled operators, and so the work speed is greatly increased, product quality becomes more
stable, and delivery is further quickened.
State-of-the-art coating equipment (WAGNER) from Germany Guarantees product quality.
6. Wood Grain Workshop
Variety of Wood Grain Drawing can be supplied, transfer printing technology and 3D printing is
available to be customized.
7. Finished Product Area & Warehouse
Wide and bright workshop, orderly piled products, and clear identifications ensure that product
can be loaded more convenient and shipment is quicker. 200 tons of product are shipped to
different places throughout the country from this place everyday.

2. 30% of total payment as deposit and 70% balance should be paid before loading.
