1. Casting Workshop
The regenerative type energy-saving aluminum smelting furnace and the domestically
advanced level hot top casting system are manufactured with strict quality control in each step
and strict inspection in each procedure.
2. Mould Workshop
Exquisite die process flow provides basic assurance for future finished products, and the
accurate precision control reflects the meticulous spirit. High quality is out of high precision and
high requirement.
3. Extrusion Workshop
World-class horizontal hydraulic compressing machine (oil-press) and fully automatic high
temperature woolen blanket transporting/feeding system minimising wear to aluminium materials.
4. Heat Soak Workshop
The aluminum bar heat soak furnace, which represents current advanced domestic technology
level, can realize highly precise temperature control of +5C, this greatly improve the crystal grain
distribution status of aluminum bars, increased the degree of fineness of the aluminum material
surface, makes product quality more perfect, and further stabilize physical performance of the
products.
5. Oxidation and Electrophoresis Workshop & Powder Coating Workshop
The wide and bright workshops and large numbers of hoisting machines are perfected with
skilled operators, and so the work speed is greatly increased, product quality becomes more
stable, and delivery is further quickened.
State-of-the-art coating equipment (WAGNER) from Germany Guarantees product quality.
6. Wood Grain Workshop
Variety of Wood Grain Drawing can be supplied, transfer printing technology and 3D printing is
available to be customized.
7. Finished Product Area & Warehouse
Wide and bright workshop, orderly piled products, and clear identifications ensure that product
can be loaded more convenient and shipment is quicker. 200 tons of product are shipped to
different places throughout the country from this place everyday.

Payment terms of linear actuator:
1. full payment of mould fee should be paid after confirming to open the mould.
2. 30% of total payment as deposit and 70% balance should be paid before loading.
Procedure to Order Our product linear actuator:
1. Provide the draft of products to us, or send the original sample to us;
2. We open the mould and make the sample for you to confirm;
3. After your confirmation, we will start production according to the mould;
4. Both party shall perform terms according to the order contract.
