JS1000C concrete mixer is optimizing design on the basis of originating product with high efficiency.
Principle of work
JS1000C concrete mixer drives mixing axis by gear transmission and make the two mixing axis reverse same speed by synchronous gear. The mixing arm and blade with screw belt form make the material radial turn around and move in order to produce intense extrusion and convection to produce even quality concrete in the shortest time

It is consisted of mixing shaft, mixing arm, mixing blades and shaft end sealing devices. Mixing arms are arranged by 45 degree screw belt form. Mixing arm and mixing shaft connected and fixed by joint sleeve and screw bolts. Mixing blades and mixing arm connected by screw bolts through slotted hole. Keep the distance between the blades and lining boards of the drum within 5mm by adjusting the position of mixing blades.
Storage
Always keep the mixer in the plane and strengthening basement or buildings without any mechanical vibration, humidity, dust and chemical corrosion.
If the mixer is left unused for a long period of time, feed lubricant till lubricant flow out from the four drum shaft ends.
If the mixer is left unused for a long period of time, spray rust-preventive oil to the surface of the spare parts easily rust every 6 months. Feed lubricant to lubricant pipelines and position.

A: Janeoo is a State-owned enterprise with 58 years’ history.
1956 - It was set up making brick machinery;
1962 - Started making concrete machinery;
1982 - Finished making the first twin-shaft concrete mixer in China;

A: Janeoo is a state-owned enterprise specializing in Concrete Machinery manufacturing with 58 years of experience, enjoying high reputation both at home and abroad. In 2011, the two GIANTS (Janeoo and SHANTUI) in the engineering machinery manufacturing industry finished merging and equity restructuring, and Janeoo has since become SHANTUI’s specialized concrete batching equipment manufacturing base in China.

A: I have to admit it. We have a state-level R&D center with 84 engineers, obtaining more than 30 national patents for utility models. We were nominated as the Provincial-level R&D Center by SHANDONG INNOVATIVE ENTERPRISE ACCREDITATION AGENCY in 1999, and the Provincial-level R&D Center For Engineering and Technology by The People's Government of Jinan City in 2012.

A: We have complete distribution channels worldwide that help do marketing and promotion work, you can make the purchase locally or the NETWORK DIRECT SALE, only via this channel will you get the best price.
Q: What does the NETWORK DIRECT SALE differ from commission sale in after-sale service?
A: Varying from commission sale, direct sale endows you with distinguished privilege on the price. Beyond that, we will dispatch 1-2 technicians to guide to conduct the first-time installation and commissioning work for free.
