HLS type concrete mixing/batching plant is composed by weighing system, mixing system, electrical control system, pneumatic control system and etc. Rated output of this machine is 120/180/200/270/300m3/h and discharging height is 4.0m. It can mix various kinds of concrete and suitable for medium size construction sites, power stations, irrigations, highways,airportsports, bridges, and medium size factories producing concrete prefabricated parts.
This machine can store 2/3/4/5 or more differences aggregates. It uses wheel loader to load the batcher. It has cement/fly ash silos and corresponding screw conveyers. Aggregates, additives, water and cement/fly ash are all used electronic weighing automatically/manually. It adopts double shafts mixer as mixer.
