1. Q: Can you make customized items?
A: Yes, we provide custom service, customers only need to provide their sketches.If you don’t have .you can send us some detalis for size , we will ararnge designer to make sketches for you .
2.Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: If customised items ,small order 10-100 pcs is acceptable .This is our big advantage. Because we support small business
3.Q: Are your products good quality?
A: Yes, we only make high quality products. Our products are refined polished, hanging plating,lacquer covering after plating, carefully quality control,carefully packing.
4.Q:How many days for the samples ?
A: Samples time will be 7-10days . Delivery time 5-7days based on the 100 pcs
5. Q: What is the payment method accepted?
A: We accept Paypal, western union, moneygram, T/T, escrow and some other methods if customers are more convenient.
6 .Q: May I have some samples for checking before ordering?
A: Yes, we can send samples to you if you need, but could you please afford the shipping cost? If not ,then we advice take photos to show you .
7. Q:How i get the samples ?
A: For small quantities, we suggest go with Fedex, DHL, TNT and so on we work with some couriers where we can got better freight,and you may not even pay the customs fee when importing.This freight will be 20USD under 0.5KG .4 days reach . Sorry we don’t accept to send by EMS or China post .This is very slow and no safe when we send samples.
8.Q: Does customized items charge extra money?
A: Yes, we will need to make the new mods according to your design, the molds will cost some money according to your design.This charge will be 120-160USD .Based on the size and design.
