A. Many factors affect the casting cubic feet, such as the different aggregate between different counties, 
the different concrete pump and whether the hoses can be properly operating or not etc. 
Gerenally speaking, under the normal condition of concrete pump, the delivery capacity is not less than 
20 thousand cubic feet or even up to 25 thousand.

Q3. Why does the wires always come out of the hose end? How to avoid ?

A: It is very important to bond the steel wire and rubber well. The degumming is often arised if the 
steel wire cannot bond closely with the rubber. In order to avoid this problem and lower the 
degumming rate to a minimum we add a bonding layer above wear-resistant layer.

Q4. It's very dangerous when the hose head fall off, how to avoid this problem?

A: We make a 100% fall off inspection before the hoses leave the factory in order to make sure every hose 
can reach the operational requirement
