The computerized high-speed quilting machine (HFJ-G series) is a kind of quilting equipment for producing bedclothes and mattress, etc. With characteristics of high speed, steady running, low buzz, easy operation, beautiful pattern and accurate figure, machine has a high cost performance.
1.1 main functions
Stable industrial control system is adopted, main shaft is controlled by AC servo control system, X-direction and Y-direction are controlled by the step motion control system. (AC servo control system is available for the movement of X-direction and Y-direction.)
Master-slave AC servo motors are adopted to make upper and lower shafts move in synchronism. Without mechanical linkage, transfer motion gets simple, which reduces noise and vibration. It is able to recognize patterns of variety forms with the function of pattern viewing. Patterns can be rotated and mirrored. The function of track seeking makes needle quickly locate to its quilting position in the pattern.
There are two modes (forward and backward) for overlapping quilting. Distance and length of overlapping stitch can be adjusted. Press-buttons like forward, backward and needle threading are supplied.
Quilting status and operation methods are displayed on the screen at any time. Offset function makes it available to connect separated patterns together accurately. Functions of pieces counting and resetting to zero are supplied.
It is convenient to define and revise frame range and pattern size with functions of setting and modifying. The size of pattern will be varied automatically through defining range and space of pattern.
The latest full automatic circulating oil system is utilized, which provides guarantees for reliability of high-speed motion and operational life. Two sets of presser foot (fixed presser foot and flexible presser foot) are supplied to quilting head by your option, which can be changed easily. Actual power consumption of machine is less than 1KW.
Needle stays at high position at pause time, machine stops working automatically while needle thread is broken. Motor power will be cut off when steel frame exceeds limit range. It is effective to detect the machine working status for repairing by system testing.
Main shaft self-detecting protects quilts from broken by main shaft failure. Returning to original automatically or manually can reduce failure of machine.
