ATC pneumatic cnc router features
1.Three shift spindles, with air cooling spindle,the three spindles can work one by one automatically, so this machine can finish three different work on one board without changing tools by hands.
2.The machine adopts gantry movement, it can process any kinds of materials freely.
3.Three axis adopt Taiwan Hiwin high precision square guide rails; X and Y axes adopt rack and pinion
transmission, fast working, high efficiency and low cost. Z axis adopts Twain TBI ball screw,with high precision and longevity.
4.Well compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software e.g. Type 3/Artcam/Castmate/Ucancam etc.
5.Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure.
6.Has the function of forecasting process time.
7.Adopting advanced Nc Studio control system, work together with computer.
8.Perfect oil-inject system makes maintenance much easier.
9.Has dust-collect function. It will clean up the carving residuum and make the operations tidier and more
convenient.
