We have advanced production lines, full set of testing equipment and production processing technology. The product quality control methods are well defined and we adopt international advanced Eco-friendly stabilizers, such as American DuPont titanium dioxide and Swiss CIBA UV convert agent, along with other materials which comprise the solid foundation for our product quality assurance. During the production process, we strictly adhere to the window and door profile national standard GB/T8814-2004.

Each material, when he reaches our factory, we must check its various property, such as the water content, whiteness, apparent density, etc. When in the process, we have more than 20 inspectors for checking the profile quality all the time. After the profile enters into the warehouse, we also have 10 inspectors to spot check.
