Henan Beidi Plastic Industries Co., Ltd. is located in the LiYang industrial park in Henan province, where the transportation is convenient and the geographical position superior. The company covers 450,000 square meters, of which the building area occupies 180,000 square meters. With more than 800 employees and an annual production capacity of over 100,000 tons, the company is the largest to specialize in (PVC-U) profile R&D, production and enterprise sales in the Central Plains area.
The company has advanced production lines, testing equipment, and production processing technology. The product quality control methods are well defined and we adopt international advanced Eco-friendly stabilizers, such as American DuPont titanium dioxide and Swiss CIBA UV convert agent, along with other raw materials which comprise the solid foundation for our product quality assurance. During the production process we strictly adhere to the window and door profile national standard GB/T8814-2004. In summary, all of the afore mentioned assets have resulted in our establishment of technical exchange and cooperation with German technical experts.
The Company's product portfolio consists of 60 series casement profiles, 60 series sliding profiles, 65 series casement profiles, 70 series casement profiles, 80 series sliding profiles, 88 series sliding profiles, 92 series sliding profiles, awning type windows, and more. The profile sight surface thickness ranges from 2.0mm to more than 2.8mm and is available in white and double-color co-extrusion (ASA) series products and aluminum-plastic composite series products. We also provide custom designs, according to our customers' requirements.
