HOW TO GET BLUETOOTH HEART RATE MONITOR STARTED
A. Unpacking the product. In this box , you will find:
- Heart rate transmitter
- Adjustable elastic belt
- CR2032 battery, already installed
- User manual
B. To wear chest strap
- Wet the conductive pads on the rear of the chest belt with a few drops of water ,Saliva or conductive gel to ensure solid contact.
- Strap the heart rate chest belt across your chest. To ensure an accurate heart rate signal, adjust the strap until the belt fits snugly below your (Chest) pectoral muscles.
- Attach the transmitter to the strap, marked ’L’ towards left.
C. To run software on smartphone, receive the heart rate data
- Smartphone needs to download a compatible App.
- Open App in your phone.
- Open Bluetooth of your phone.
- Open Bluetooth setting opiton of App to find the heart rate sensor and click to connect.
- After connection ,return to App main profile to check your real time heart rate data
BATTERIES OF BLUETOOTH HEART RATE BELT
The transmitter uses 1pc CR2032 3V battery. The battery already installed. The battery typically lasts 6 months.
1.Using a coin, twist the battery door counter clockwise until it clicks out of place
2. Remove the old battery and insert the new battery with + side upwards.
3. Close the battery door by twisting it clockwise until it is firmly in place
