MDF modern wooden manager table with walnut wood veneer, finishing color in walnut. Perfect vision and unique design base on excellent quality and formidable brand "Wosen office" from China; elegant, high quality with good cost performance ratio.
Material description:
A. Veneer: 0.3mm AAA grade walnut veneer imported from America, finishing in color walnut.
B. Base material: E1 or E2 standard medium density fiber board meet GB/T 11718-1999 national standard, with low formaldehyde volatilization, all our furniture meets GB 18584-2001; they are friendly to human beings. The density of the MDF is 730-760Kg/m3, can bear for 300Kg on thetop of the desk.
C. Painting: We use Huarun brand PE painting for priming for two times, then Idopa painting for top-coat imoprted from German, the priming two times coating will not allow the very little formaldehyde to volatilize, also make the coating thicker, harder and much more comfortably looking.
D. Hardware: We use top-grade hardwarelike BMB or Bogeweisi for guiding rail and lock.
Production flow:
Design-MDF board cutting-cold pressing-edge shining-trimmingfor handle, decorative lines, etc-hole drilling-long cabinet assembly-sanding-edgespecial coating treated (make it harder)-sanding-walnut veneer pasting-sanding-trialassembly-first painting (make the wood grain distinct)-special ashcoated-sanding-base coating-first time PE coating-sanding-second time PEcoating-sanding-check up and patch up-Idopa top coating-hardware fixing-finalassembly-packing. Totally over 30 procedures to build up the top qualityproduct, 5 times sanding and 6 times painting, every procedure is strictly inspected by our quality controller.
