Main machines in cleaning section:

High-frequency vibrating screens are used to separate feeds containing solid and crushed ores down to approximately 200μm in size, and are applicable to both perfectly wet and dry grain.

Scourer eliminates the dust, the arista and beards from the kernels furthermore, it crumbles insects and detaches empty kernels and lumps of mud.
Working principle: An intensive friction and rubbing action between the kernels, the cover and the paddle type beaters will reduce the bacterial potential in the flour. |

A destoner is a machine that removes stones and clods from grain material so that they are free from grain.

Dampener: To produce refined (white) wheat flour, grain is usually tempered, i.e. moisture added to the grain, before milling, to optimize milling efficiency.
Working priciple: It softens the starchy "endosperm" portion of the wheat kernel, the addition of moisture also toughens the bran and ultimately reduces the energy input required to shatter the kernel, while at the same time avoiding the shattering of bran and germ particles to be separated out in this milling process by sieving or sifting.

Mill: A mill is a device that breaks solid materials into smaller pieces by grinding, crushing, or cutting. Such comminution is an important unit operation in many processes.

Double Bin Sifter is a milling machine that offers many advantages for sifting processes at high capacities. It provides large sifting area in very limited space. The maximum sifting area can be obtained by using different types of boxes. It is used to sift the broken and floury products and classify different kinds of grains. |

High plansifter: Corn and grains are processed into grits or flour and the mixing material with big and small granules can be screened by the high square plansifter. |

Purifier: the machine is applied in the purification and grading of semolina and fine semolina in common wheat, durum wheat and corn (maize) mills. |

Bran brusher: the machine classifies different sizes of material and removes adhering flour particles from the bran, thus increasing flour yield at the mill. |
Main machine in packing section:

Auto-packing machine: pack the flour or other products into bags of different size. After packing well, the bags will be stacked in order and ready for selling or using. Manual packing and auto-packing method will be available according to customers requirements. |
