Product Introduction
Cleaning part:
Cleaning begins with screening to remove coarse and fine materials and the grain is separated by size, shape and weight. The finished product, whole pure grain, is then passed into conditioning bins.
Conditioning takes place before milling to produce a uniform moisture content throughout the grain. Moistening helps to prevent breakup of the bran (hard outer layer) during milling and improves separation from the floury endosperm (the mass that forms the white flour of the grain).
Product Details
High-frequency vibrating screens are used to separate feeds containing solid and crushed ores down to approximately 200μm in size, and are applicable to both perfectly wet and dry grain.
Working principle:
The frequency of the screen is controlled by an electromagnetic vibrator which is mounted beside or directly connected to the screening surface.
Magnetic induction of the magnetic separator surface is intensity. Adsorbability is high to the metal impurities.It can remove the metal sundries of wheat effectively.It is the essentail equipment for improving the flour quality and purity.
Scourer eliminates the dust, the arista and beards from the kernels furthermore, it crumbles insects and detaches empty kernels and lumps of mud.
An intensive friction and rubbing action between the kernels, the cover and the paddle type beaters will reduce the bacterial potential in the flour.
Plane revolving sifter is used for sifting, cleaning and classification of granulated material in order to remove big, small and light impurities in raw grain.
A destoner is a machine that removes stones and clods from grain material so that they are free from grain.
Working principle:
They remove stone using a series of webs (2~5 webs). Under the bump function, the grain stay on the web and move down along the web, while the clay move reverse direction and fall into a trench.

Dampener: To produce refined (white) wheat flour, grain is usually tempered, i.e. moisture added to the grain, before milling, to optimize milling efficiency.
Working priciple:
It softens the starchy "endosperm" portion of the wheat kernel, the addition of moisture also toughens the bran and ultimately reduces the energy input required to shatter the kernel, while at the same time avoiding the shattering of bran and germ particles to be separated out in this milling process by sieving or sifting.
