Material description:
A. Veneer: 0.3- 0.6 mm thick AAA grade Walnut veneer imported from America;
B. Base material: E1 or E2 standard
C. Painting: We use “Huarun” Brand PE painting as prim paint for five times, then use the imported brand “ IDOPA” specialized paint as finish paint, the priming five times coating will not allow the very little formaldehyde to volatile, also make the coating thicker, harder and much more comfortably looking;
D. Hardware: We use top grade brand hardware like BMB or Bogerweisi guiding rail, lock and other metal parts.
Production Flow:
Design----MDF board cutting----Cold Pressing----Edge banding----Trimming handle---decorative line----Hole drilling----Long cabinet assembly----sanding----Edge special coating treated(make it harder)----sanding----Walnut veneer pasting----sanding----trial assembly----first painting(make the wood grain distinct)----special ash coating----sanding----base coating----first time PE coating----sanding----second time PE coating----sanding----check up and patch up----IDOPA top coating----hardware fixing----final assembly----packing. Totally over 30 procedures to manufacture this top quality product, 5 times sanding and 6 times painting, every procedure is strictly inspected by our quality controllers.
