1) Art Requirements

 

File Format

 

    we prefer to receive vector-based electronic files in Adobe Illustrator or PDF format.All artwork must be set up with clearly   identified spot colors and all fonts must be converted to outlines.

 

2)Samples  

 

    Samples in stock

     The samples in stock can be set to check the quanlity for free,but the transport cost must be paid    by customers

 

    Samples with customized logos

    if the customers want like the samples with the customized logos as the artwork,the setup charge must be paid in advance.

 

 3)Setup Charge

 

       ♦---based on the designs and the quantity

 

       ♦---if the quantity is more than 10k,the setup charge will be returned

 

       ♦---if the re-orders with the same logo,without the setup charge

 

 4)Production Time

 

    Standard production time on catalog quantities is about 6-8 business days for 5000pcs-10000pcs after purchase order isreceived and the artwork is approved.

 

    In case of certain items or large quantity runs the lead time may be different,Ship dates will not be confirmed until artwork is approved

 

 5) Rush Orders

 

    When possible,rush orders will be accommodated.A 10% rush surcharge will be applied to your order,any order shipping in less than 10daysfrom art approval may be subject to rush charges

 

6)Order Processing

 

    The orders cannot  be arranged until the payment or receipt is confirmed.All the details including the artwork must be decided again before mass production.if big order,please pay 30% deposit first and balance before shipment.

 

 7) Shipping

 

    Some big express agents in Guangzhou and  Hong kong have already cooperated with us for 5years,so you can get the better service with competitive price among DHL,Fedex,UPS,TNT,Specail Line according to your delivery address.

 

    As we cannot control the freight carrier,specific delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.We can only guarantee the date when merchandisewill leave our factory and cannot be responsible for carrier delay due to customs.

 

 8)Changes & Cancellations

 

Changes or cancellations to orders once production has commenced will result in charges for work performed up to that point.No changes or cancellations will be accepted unless sent by fax and confirmed by Haonan
