- Manufactured according to IS : 1436-1960 and other relevant IS specifications and Weights & Measures Acts and Rules
- Lever: Grey iron castings & M.S. steels
- Platform: Made of 12 mm steel plates with welded M.S. strips on the top and it is bolted on girders
- Knife-edges & bearings: All knife-edges & bearings are made from EN-31 alloy steels
- Steelyard: The notches are machine cut & a notch protection bar is provided as also a looking device
- Index: The index strip is suitably inclined for easy reading
- Strength: Robust in construction with ample safety margin above weighing capacity
- Painting: All metals parts have two coats of good bitumen paints

We do any type of conversion from mechanical weighbridge into modern electronic weighing system with electronic conversion kit ( i.T. System based or p.C. Based weigh system is possible in both the models. We are adding a single "s" type load cell on connecting rod of transfer lever.

Electro Mechanical Weigh Bridge
In order to fulfill the diverse requirements of our clients, we are engaged in offering Electro Mechanical Weigh Bridge. These are the conversion of mechanical weighbridge to modern electronic weighing system. Clients can avail these bridges in two models that Electro-Mechanical Conversion Kit-A and Kit-B. Single "S" type load cell on connecting rod of transfer lever is also added by us.
