Approvals and Safety Regulations?                                                                                                                     Our products are made from eco-friendly EPE or XPE and the accessories are also non-toxic, we have passed the SGS & CCC testing. Clients must advise whether the inspection is required by their country If yes, detailed testing contents needed. Clients pay certifications charges if applicable. 

Can i have my own patterns and size?                      

Sure you can and we can do the customized size and patterns.The most important thing that you should concern is the MOQ and cost. We will inform you the cost once we get your image.

Error range: 

We have the precise cutting machine, but the error range on the size between 2-3cm should be accepted because of the human being lamination stage. Usually the width can be controlled better and more precise.    

Documents, packing & shipping:                                                                                                

We take care of the export documents. After receiving the company name, address, telephone and destination, we issue and send the proforma invoice with our bank details for your payment. Provide us with the detailed packing information if required. Maximum quantity of cartons or packages must be considered for the average cost of customers.
