Specifications
Giving out two ultrasonic waves with changeable frequency.Adjustable functions for output,frequency and intermitence.
1.Working Principal:
Taking High-tech methods and Micro-electronics technology,Two kinds of deferent ultrasonic waves will be amplified up to 50W output.And then using specially-made ultrasonics speakers and taking a special connectioin methods ,the ultrasonic waves will be spread to every conners in the wearhouse,which will strongly irritate the nervous system and audio systems of the rat and drive them away.
Because the frequency of the two ultrasonic waves will be changing and alternative,and also the two deferent waves will changed automatically at a certain time,so the rat can not have a "adaptability"and "immunity".
The best results will be reached after using SD-020 for 2-3 weeks.
Little of rat even maybe remain but they have lost their energy of destroy and reproductions.After using this machine in the first week,the rat may be more active which just shows that the rat have been irritated and will disappear very soon.
2.Usage and Coverage:
SD-020 machine is specially designed and used in large warehouses such as big gain wharehouse,cool warehouses,big supper markets etc.
The effective area can be covered around 1000-2000 sqm.
3.Operation Methods:
(1).Speakers Installation:
(A).5-8 attached specially- made speakers will be fixed and hung on the ceiling of the warehouse evenly.
(B).Connect the speakers in parallel with two pcs of common wires.(Note:
the same poles + - of the speakers must be connected together).
(C).Connect the two pcs of wires onto the OUTPUT terminals in the back of the machine.(one red and another black terminal must be used.)
(2).At the first,turn off the “power switch” on the left side of the front panel.Then plug the “power line” into the AC220V socket and the Fan in the back panel will be working at this time.Meanwhile,V meter in the front panel will be pointed on around DC28V.
(3).According to the area of the warehouse,please select the "Power Selections" knob.If the area is above 1000 sqm,50W can be chosed.If less than 1000 sqm, 25W or 12W can be chosen. 50W is recommended.
(4).Interval Selection.There are 3 options: 16",4" and 0"(no stopping).16" is recommened.
(5).Select Frequency Knob onto 24H or 12H .12" is just for testing.
(6).Put the” power switch” onto "ON" position,the the green LED will be lighting,red LED flashing in every second frequency and the yellow LED will be flashing when ultrasonic waves working.
At this time,the Voltage Meter V will show around DC28V and Current meter A will show around 1.7 A.
(7).Using the attched specially-made ultrasonics testing meter and testing in deferent places in the warehouse,the testing meter pointer will flicker which indicates the machine is working normally.(during the working time).You can
Chose “High” or ”Low” position according to the intensity of the ultrasonic wave.
Also you can use a AM radio for simple testing.A kind of special
DA-DA or “JI-JI “sound will be heard during working time if you put the radio under the speakers.
4.Caustions:
(1).AC220/50--60Hz must be confirmed before using .
(2).Heat will be produced when the machine working. So the Fan in the back of the machine must be kept working and no any obstructions in front of the fan especially working in 50W output.
(3).IF working stopped,the two FUSE tubes will checked at the first.(AC fuse is 1A ans DC fuse is 3A).
(4).The easy-burnning materials must be kept away from the machine.
