1. Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?
Our factory locates in Quanzhou, Fujian,China.
From Jinjiang Airport by car is about 0.5 hour, and from Xiamen airport is about 1.5 hours. We could arrange to pick you up if you informed the schedule advance.

2. Can you provide me your catalogue?
Of course.
But we have thousands of products each season, including indoor and outdoor items with different material, such as : Polyresin, Ceramic, Porcelain, Metal, Magnesia,Candle ect.
So,please kindly inform us the items you prefer,then we could recommend accordingly.
3. What's the MOQ?
Generally MOQ is 300pcs to 1000pcs, is according the size of items.
If you could not meet our MOQ, do not hesitate to inform us, we can suggest some similar items which are producting in progress, then the MOQ could be smaller.
4: Can I get samples?
We are honored to offer samples to you.
Usually we need samples fee and freight collected. After place order and reach our MOQ, we are sure to refund the samples fee.
5. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure. We can provide OEM and ODM items according customers’ pictures or only a idea.
Samples time generally takes 7-15 business days (sometimes less) depending on size and quantity.
Samples fee is base on size and material.
6. How about your quality guarantee?
We’re 100% responsible for damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package.
We have very strict QC team, they will inspect the goods one by one both when white body and after painting.
7. How do your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is first priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from raw material to shipping.
