A. Production meeting
Have a meeting with production department for discussing all the workmanship and technical
details after order is confirmed to make sure all the details are under control.
B. Quality control.
Three step for quality control:
First step:Inspect all raw materials when arriving, including physical and chemical test addition
Online quality control
Second step: inspection during production.
Third step:100% Final products quality control ,all the inspection result should meet AQL before
release for shipping.

When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
How long can I expect to get the sample?
After send us confirmed details files and sample charge recived, the samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in diary book design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect diary book design. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 40~75 days.
What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, West Union etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Terms of payment?
We accept payment as the following, 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery within 7 days,L/C at signed.Western Union/ Paypal for small amount payment.
