1) Battery (Lithium ion)
Acmenovo lamp adopt new styled lithium ion battery which is with over-charging , over-discharging and a short circuit protection function. Every battery cycled lifetime is more than 500 times. 2) LED Source:
Acmenovo lamp adopt 1W high-power Led, The life is more than 50000 hours. Illuminance is more than 10000 lux/100lm, it adopt two sets of light source, one is main - six auxiliary light source or main-auxiliary in one .when main light source lose function, pls turn a switch axis into auxiliary light source then it go into work normally(This is for meet an emergency). 3) Charger:
Acmenovo lamp adopt isopiestic pressure current limiting charging way. Its setting value voltage is 4.2V(normal charging voltage is 4.2V). When charging max current is 1A and voltage approach to 4.2V,charging current will reduce gently. When batteries voltage is 4.2V and current is less than 100A,the indicator light will display green color. This mean that miners lamp can be used normally. It is suitable for mineral industry, tunnel projects, construction and maintenance for power, communication, highway, railway at night, night lamp for cutting off rubber plant and absorbing mucus and for lighting a flood, rescuing and marine usage.

Structure
1. This series lamp is portable, the lamp head and battery part are connected by cable's upper
cover to be a whole miner's lamp. Lamp head could be fixed on cap lamp.
2. A LED main light source is installed in, KL4LM(A), several LED auxiliary light sources.
Clockwise turn on switch, main source and auxiliary sources illuminate alternatively.
3. This battery case is designed with closed wear-ring, convenient for carrying.
4. This lamp head is designed with charging device, matching with charging set, convenient
and reliable for charging.
5. PTC self-protection is set between battery group, and reusable short circuit protective
device is set on cable's battery end. Thus, this is very safe and reliable.
