1. Increasing the volume of hydraulic oil tank

The tank is generally 6-8liters.INTACA specially designed hydraulic oil tank with 12 liters and use steel material, which is with better heat dissipation , the oil temperature does not exceed 65°C when keep working for 4 hours.

2. Increasing the heat transfer area of hydraulic oil cooler

When under the same pressure and flow , increasing heat exchange area will more heat away and make heat exchange more fully.

3. Increasing the power of cooling fan

under the circumstances to meet the power requirements of hydraulic system(140bar,30liters),INTACA adopts a more powerful centrifugal fan(power 5 HP) ,which effectively raises the fan pressure and carry more heat off under the same conditions.

4. increasing the size of the fan air inlet that make the fan is not hard to generate the air hindered.

Though the improvement of the above points, make the power distribution more reasonable and the power pack can continuous working in harsh environment. Customer feedback is very good.
