Q4:How is the machine packed? 
A4:For OSC series, we pack it by veneer case which is safe for sea transport and no need to be fumigated.  
For OMC series, the machine is big and not in regular size, so machine use nude packing with necessary fixing.  If machine is delivered it by LCL, we will pack it with some necessary materials like wrapping film, shockproof film, pallet or wooden frame to secure the safe delivery. In this case, extra packing cost will be charged.    

                         
Q5: Which port can we load and deliver the machine? 
A5:We have shipping agent in every main port of China, so we can deliver the machine from every port of China to most sea port in the world. We can also quote DDU price for your reference after we have your detailed address information.

Q8:Special hint for FOB term
A8:The default FOB terms we quote is based on the quotation of our own shipping forwarder, which means that if you ask us to quote FOB price, all the charge is based on quote of our forwarder. So if you want to appoint forwarder in China to organize the delivery for you, please kindly tell us this information in advance, we can check with your forwarder again for the port charges because they always quote a higher charge than we get.    
Q9: How will you deliver the spare parts?
A9: If you purchase the parts separately, we usually pack the spare parts by carton or plywood. Parts will be sent by courier like DHL or TNT.
Q10:How long of your warranty terms?
A10:Warranty Terms: 6 months since the date of delivery, water pump is not subject to this term.
