Feature
The intelligent motor control module is a singlechip controlled phase shift
triggering voltage adjusting type soft starting module. It is used for soft starting
of three-phase AC motor to realize smooth starting of motor, reduce starting
current, avoid impacting power network and decrease power distribution capacity.
The main circuit adopts the imported square chip. The welding technology of
vacuum + hydrogen filling protection is adopted to ensure there is no cavity
of welding layer and achieve more reliable quality.
The latest insulation material of ceramic substrate is adopted, which
provides good heat transfer performance and ensures convenient use and
safety with the uncharged bottom plate.
It is provided with overheating, over current, over voltage and phase failure
protection function.
The Hall voltage sensor and Hall current sensor of high precision and good
stability are used for voltage and current sampling, and the control circuit and
detection signal are absolutely separated.
