Complete beer brewing system, include malt miller, brewhouse system, fermenting system, cooling system, CIP system, controlling system, filter system.
The brewhouse system had various combinations according to customers' demands:

1. Brewhouse system:
1)-inner wall stainless steel 304, 3mm;
-surface wall stainless steel 304 or copper, 1.5mm
2) Dome top, top manway with glass,Side manway, cone bottom 160 degree
3) -insulation: polyurethane/rockwool 100mm;
-with inside CIP washing ball
-raking agitator
-removable false bottom
-sparging arm, sight glass
-Tangential inlet for whirlpool
-Thermowell for temperature sensor and thermometer....
2. Fermentation system:dimple plate jacketed beer fermenter
Capacity ranging from 50L to 10,000L per patch
1) -Inner wall stainless steel 304, 3mm;
-surface wall stainless steel 304, 2mm
2) Dome top, conical bottom, Top manway, or side manway
3) Insulation: polyurethane 100mm
4) Glycol cooling jackets on both cylinder and cone
5) -Inside 360 degree rotating CIP washing ball;
-CIP arm
-Pressure gauge
-safety&vacuum valve on top
-sample valve
-rotating racking arm
-thermometer
-carbonation stone (optional)
-dry hops port
6) Testing pressure: 3 bar, Working pressure: 1.5-2 bar
3. Cooling Unit
1.Insulated glycol water tank with copper coil
2.High efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryon to supply cooling energy
3.Sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger
4.All pipes, fitting, insulation materials are included

1. Mashing Pump on/off
2. Temperature display and Auto/Manual heating Control for brewhouse tanks
