1. When can I get the price?
We will quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If urgent, please inform us in your email or just call us.

2. How can I get samples to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Normally It takes 7-15 days to make a sample especially the samples are tailor made. The clients need to cover the freight collect.

3. Can you Design for us?
Yes, We have a professional team in craft design and manufacturing. Just tell us ideas and we will help to carry out your idea into the design. We will send you samples for confirmation.

4. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The normal delivery time is around 15-30days.

5. What if I had never buy product from China?
We will guide you step by step, we can help to calculate all the possible cost for you. Our shipping forwarder will also insist you on your port side.
