Structural features:
Heat sensitive materials can be dried,dehydrated,condensed quickly under the normal temperature condition.Their dehydrated termperature is controlled under 40 centigrade.It makes features of infared measurement of temperature,digital timin,power adjustable,intelligent control,easy operation,even heating,and enrgy sving 50% in power consumption compared with general equiopments.Besides, it is also used for the drying,dehydration,and condensed treatment of many oxidizable materials.Materials can be processed three-dimensional rotation ad area of spreading materials is bi.There are different gades of equipments to be selected.
Functional Characteristics:
(1) It characterizes intelligent control, power linearity adjustable and controllable temperature. It is a upgrade from general industry microwave oven.

Structural Features:
This series cabinet microwave equipment is composed of control unit, microwave heating cabinet, three-dimensional rotating basket, rotation system, and electrical system. Its exterior is neat and beautiful.
High efficiency: compared with general drying technologies,it can increase work effciency at least four times above.
Even heating: As micorwave heating heats up the inside and outside of materials at one time.Temperature difference between the inside and outside of materials is tiny,Thus,there is no question of apperaring heating variance of inside and outside which general heating will happen.Drying quality is greatly improved.
Easy to control: it is convenient for continuous production,and it realizes automatization.Based on its characteristics of quick arrangement of microwave power and no inertia, it is easy to instant
control,as well as arrangement and determination of process parameters.
Small size: There is monitour installed in the interior,which can observe all courses of drying.
