The test items according to the requirements of GB6932, including heating power performance, endurable pressure, leakage, the wind conditions, low water pressure started, the size of the water flow volume stable pressure and started testing, hot water temperature rise, cut off the water supply temperature rise , heating time, overheating protection and wind pressure switch test and so on.
Using the gas stove for ignition heating and ceasefire to cooling, to make sure the test temperature stability at 600 ° C. The device including surplus water and blow water device. (But does not contain air power source)
Technical characteristics
1. The voltage of the equipment: 220V/50Hz
2. The water flowmeter: 0~20L/min,and the accuracy is 0.5%FS
3. The water pressure: from 0.1 to 1.5Mpa, and the accuracy is 1.5%FS.
4. The adjustment range of the water pressure: from 0.02 to 0.3Mpa,and the accuracy is 1.5%FS.
5. The gas pressure: 0.5~3KPa±0.2%
6. Water temperature show: 0~100°C, and the accuracy is 0.2%.
7. The heating temperature of the cookers: 0~600°C±10°C
8. The maintain voltage: 12~15V,0.5%
