Type TYB2 series high voltage explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors (No. of motor case:355-560) are new products of our company on the basis of absorbing advantage of similar type of motors both at home and abroad and of adopting new material and process. This series of motors possess such features as good looking design, high efficiency, strong reliability, small volume and vibration, low noise and high efficient energy saving, and are substitute products of YB355-450,YB560-900 series explosion-proof high voltage motors.

This series of motors comply with the specification of GB3836.1-2010(Explosive environment part1:General requirement of equipment),GB3836.2-2010(Explosive environment part 2:Equipment protected by explosion-proof case “d”)and GB3836.3-2010(Explosive environment part 3:Equipment protected by increased safety type “e”)and, at the same time, for explosion-proof structure of the explosion-proof motor, the standard of IEC60079-1(Structure and experiment on explosion-proof case of electrical equipment)and EN50018(Electrical equipment “b” for explosive environment)can be referred.

The mechanical dimension and tolerance for each part of this series of motors comply with GB/T1800—GB/T1804(limit and coordination )and ISO standard.

The protection grade for case of this series of motors is IP44 or IP54 in accordance with GB/T4942.1-2001 (Classification of protection grade of motor case(Code IP)). In case o needing other protection grade, negotiation can be made separately.

The way of cooling for this series of motors is IC411 in accordance with standard of GB/T1993-1993and IEC60034-5(Cooling method of rotating motor). In case of needing other cooling way, negotiation can be made separately.

The basic installation mode for this series of motors is horizontal structure with base angle (IMB), which complies with the specification of GB/T997-2003 and IEC60034-7(Structure and installation mode of rotating motor(code IM).

Outdoor (W),wet tropical zone (TH), outdoor warm tropical zone (WTH) and corrosion-proof type ((F1, F2 ,WF1, WF2) , which are derived based on YB2, can also derive type YB2-H series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor for marine in accordance with China National Standard GB/T7060 (Basic technical requirement on rotating motor for marine), and its performance, appearance and installation dimension are identical to the basic series of motors.

1.Please indicate the electric motor type,rated output,rated voltage,rated frequency,synchronous speed,Explosion proof Mark,mounting type,rotation direction(view from the shaft extension side)Use of the environment(indoor or outside)If the user havn't point out the rotation and environment,normailly we think is CW roration and used indoor. 

2.when user have special requirments,For example:Dispose the stator,bearing explosion proof and bearing temperature sensors,space heater,Plateau use,specical frequency,mounting size change,special output,the user must ,order can be confirm after signing the technical agreement with engneering department .

3.The catalogue is only for reference,and there may be variations.

4.This range of motor can also be made into Variable-Frequency motors,the range of frequency of which is 0-100HZ,the output and overall dimensions should be confirm separately.
