Not only are our boxes some of the strongest on the market, we also palletize, band, and shrink wrap your shipments. Labels are large and clearly visible, while boxes containing certification documents are clearly marked.

If you have special requirements regarding assembly of hardware, Batch No, Pallet Size, carrier preferences, or any other needs, simply let us know. We understand the importance of receiving your orders complete and on schedule.

Kangrui is able to develop new and still better products rapidly through its own Research and Development depart. In initial stage, our client just need to offer us with the drawing or samples of product, our R&D team will be working on the designing of all tooling. And then we deliver our samples to our clients for confirmation and testing, ensuring all details meet client’s requirements perfectly. Certainly, our engineer will listen the feedback from our client.
Raw Material
How to make sure the performance of raw material is the essential issue as a manufacturer. In order to ensure the raw material meet the requirement from client, we always insist on choosing reliable supplier for steel material. So our client will obtain the material certification after the order have been shipped.
Quenching
Kangrui have a complete production line for quenching, some items like Express Nails, you have to care about the flexibility with them, and so we will choose the method of quenching to enhance its hardness. Certainly, our QC staff will fulfill the testing of HRC in our laboratory.
Surface Treatment
Kangrui offer so enough many option for the surface treatment. Including zinc plating, Pre-galvanized, Hot-dip Galvanizing, Dacromet, Powder Coating. For the specified performance for each surface treatment, please referred to this report.
1.Manufacturer vs. Trading company … What’s the difference?

2. Are you able to produce by the drawing from clients?
Certainly, it’s also an advantage, you just need to provide me with your drawing or samples which you are looking for, we will be designing the new module, and preparing the samples for your confirmation. We are able to make sure the samples are exactly the same with the final products, even better, between us.
3. How long it will take to finish my order as I confirmed the order ?
Generally , We will finish the production after the order was confirmed within 30 days . Of course ,If you in an urge , We can talk about the shipment time .All that we want to do is to ensure all the orders can be delivered as scheduled .
4. What kinds of finishes are available?

5.Where will my product be shipped from?
Kangrui’s factory, administration, and sales department is located in Yuyao, Ningbo, just close to Ningbo Port,. Besides, the Shanghai Port is also available.
6. What kinds of packaging do you provide?
We will respect the packaging instruction from client, and strictly fulfilled it. And we also provide the packaging designing service for specific products.
7. Are there quality standards for Kangrui production?
Before we start to produce, firstly, we will send the drawing or the samples to you for confirmation. After the production is finished, we will send you picture for your reference, including the production and the packaging. and we will also provide you the final testing report .
