Provide ODM or OEM services, if purchased from sunphor, conforms to the manufacturer’s specifications and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) year (24 months) from the date of original purchase.
A Sunphor service technician will provide telephone or email diagnostic service to determine whether the device requires service. If service is needed, Sunphor will, at its option, exchange the spare parts without charge for parts or labor. If Sunphor authorizes an exchange for the defective unit, Sunphor will ship a replacement spare parts to you with your next order, and the broken device or spare parts don’t need to be sent back to sunphor company.
