Product Details
It is made by phenolic foam block with certain density of 38kg/m3 upto 110kg/m3, the available block size are 2*1*0.8/0.6m and 1*1*0.8/0.6m.
The available colors can be green, dark green, yellow, grey
It can be cut by two-dimesion CNC foam cutting machine,
and the minimum pipe size we can cut is and the maximum size we can do is .
Product Details
It's kind of light weight and flame retardant insulation pipe section, can be fast construction and lower installation cost. You can order different density for one same pipe insulation to save the cost like this, we can use different color to tell you which is high density and which is lower for easier construction.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new products with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
