Question: Are you a manufacturer or trader, and how about your certification status?

Answer: We are manufacturer, certified CE, ISO 13485, ISO 9001:2008 and GMP. If you need some additonal, we can work on it.

Question: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?

Answer: Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. But this takes a little longer leadtime for delivery.

Question: Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?

Answer: Generally, we have stock for every listed products, which were produced monthly. But it depends on our sales condition. Better to ask our salesman for accurate inventory information.

Question: What kind of transportation of your delivery?

Answer: Usually we deliver under our customers’ requirements by door to door courier service such as FEDEX, DHL, EMS, UPS and TNT etc.
