Properties
1.Improve surface smoothness and anti-static capability of the fiber.
Increase the sewability of knitted fabrics, for example, it can avoid needle eye, increase wear resistance of fiber.
2.Hight absorption rate, clear residue, little residue, so that it's economic and environmental friendly.
3.Does not cause skin allergies and non-toxic, biodegradable. Not contain formaldehyde and APEO.
Application
It makes the cotton and polyester / cotton to obtain very soft and fluffy feel.
Especially recommended for woven, knitted cloth or fabric washing process for denim
after feel treatment.
Dilution method( concentration of 10% )
High concentration softener 10%
Water ( Deionized ) 98.87%
Dilution process
1. Heat water to 50°C(Also can use room temperature water, be careful of the uniformity)
2. Add in high concentration softener and stir.( if possible, please heat the high concentration softener to 50°C so that it can dissolve.)
3. Stir until uniform, then leave it naturally cool and continue to stir.
Add in calcium chloride can reduce the viscosity of product.
Recommended dosage
Usually suggest diluted to 10% solid content , the dosage of softening is recommended
to use (diluent) 3-5% o.w.f. of high concentration softener.
Packing & Storage
125/200 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 12 months under cool and dry conditions.
Please maintained the temperature at 10 °C to 35 °C during the storage and transport.
Caution
When has a certain amount of solvent, please keep ventilation and ban open flames
so that to prevent fire accident for volatility of solvent.
