Warranty & Returns:
All of our items are brand new.
If you have received the item in a damaged condition, please notify us within 20 days after receiving.
All items must be returned in original packaging condition.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs (except if the wrong item was received).
Please include your email address when you ask question via email.
Shipment: When you order, please choose a shippment method and pay for the order include the shipping fee. We will send the goods within 15 days once you payment completed. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties for importing into your country. These fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments. And the shipping cost does not include the import taxes etc.

3.Brightsun sales send the Proforma Invoice.
4.Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5.Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
6.End Production-Mass production products photos will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .
7.Clients make payment for balance and Brightsun ship the goods. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.
8.Order can be say “complete” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them.
9.Feedback to Brightsun about Quality , Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we can do better.
Q:HOW TO GET A SAMPLE?
A:For old customers, the samples are free, but only pay express freight. For new customers, we charge 0~100% of the sample fee and express freight also.
Q:HOW TO PAY EXPRESS CHARGES IF ORDER SAMPLES?
A:If customer have account, the samples by freight collect. If customer do not have express account, you pay to our bank account.Then we deliver the samples.
Q:WHAT'S THE TERMS OF PAYMENT?
A:Usually T/T payment, Irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of down payment, rest balance before shipment.
