Alumina mill linings (alumina bricks and tiles) are the perfect solution for protecting grinding ball mills from wear, as they allow for a constant use over an extended period of time without any routine maintenance.
Our technicians are able to develop alumina mill linings for the wear protection of flat and convex sidewall ball mills, as well as conical and truncated cone continuous ball mills by selecting the right thickness of the alumina bricks according to the metal surface and grinding conditions.
Besides offering a full anti-wear protection, alumina mill linings enable to achieve a higher level of productivity, especially in the ultra-fine grinding of particularly hard and abrasive materials.
